Q: How long will my in-home consultation take?
A: In order to properly design, measure, and provide a free estimate, your design consultant will require at least 45-60 minutes, depending on your questions and the number of windows.
Q: How much do custom window treatments cost?
A: Because all of our products are custom-made, we price our window treatments by the job, not by the square foot. Our design consultants will work with you to design window treatments that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but a great value as well. We are committed to working with your budget and needs to give you the best window treatments possible.
Q: How soon can I get my new window treatments?
A: We usually design, measure, manufacture, and install in as little as 14 days. However, depending on the type of treatments you select, the time frame may vary. When our design consultant places your order, you will be given a date when your window treatments will be completed. Please let us know at the initial consultation if a rush job is needed, and if so, we will do everything possible to work with your timeframe.

Once we set up an appointment, one of our highly-trained design experts will come to your home and clearly explain all of your options and the difference between various types of window treatments. We bring our showroom to you, where we help you design the treatments to fit your budget and décor. Since we make custom products, our designers can offer numerous options on framing, colors, materials, hardware, special touches, and more.
Our design consultant will take all necessary measurements during this initial appointment and prepare a written quote for your new window treatments, and upon approval, we’ll get started!
Once your treatments are completed, we will call to confirm your install appointment 1-2 days beforehand. The delivery date is typically in as little as 14 days, but we do offer expedited service as needed.
Throughout the process, we’re available via phone or email seven days a week to answer questions and provide updates – we’re here to serve you!
